We included the setup instructions for the High Heeler below:

“High Heeler” package contents: 2 plastic legs, 1 steel “L” bar, 1 steel “T” bar, 4 “S” pins, 1 slide pin with smaller “S” pin

Set-up instructions:

1. Bolt “L” bar through the hole on the flat end to desired sur face: truck bumper, ATV, fence, or anyplace you can imagine, see figure 1 (bolts not included for this portion).

2. Using the slide pin and smaller “S” pin, attach the “T” bar to the upright “L” bar and adjust to desired height, see figure 2.

3. Slide legs onto “T” bar and place an “S” pin on both sides of each leg, see figure 3.

Some helpful hints:

  •  Do not rope from the ground level. Position yourself at the same height as a horse. Be creative!
  •  Do not practice pulling slack if legs are not moving away from you. This teaches bad habits.
  •  Place a small piece of used carpet over brackets to simulate the steer’s back.
  •  Use your imagination, practice with the “High Heeler” and you will become a better roper.
